Is your wheels three piece? (If It is three piece, I recommend you paint the center yourself).
find a spare tire and find a place that can do powder coating.
it is pretty easy, or you can go to wheel technique if you don't want to do it by yourself.

if you want your paint last long, send your center piece to powder coating shop.
it is cheap because you save money on labor. per piece about 80 to 100 dollars.
1. dismount your wheels.
2. deflate your tires. ( it is crucial it may cause leak without deflating tires)
3. dismount your center piece.
4. Send it to Powder coating place.
5. DO the reverse steps

Hope it helps
