If anyone is in the market for some F-Sport Parts or anything else related to your Lexus, Stevens Creek Lexus Parts is offering cost+10% on all their parts.

I was on my way to purchase the F-Sport rear sway for my car through Sewell with their GB for $194 with shipping. But i decided to at least shop around and see what else everyone else was giving. So to make a long story short, called Stevens Creek and they said I can get their parts at cost plus ten and was able to buy it including tax at $167... so I saved about $30 woo hoo!

I mentioned sewell and they said immediately " we dont price match them, they sell things for crazy prices" I believe the gentlemen is named Mike or something? (The Asian guy) He's very knowledgle and helpful

yeah, when i gave them the call for a price quote and they said that.... i just said ok cool.... order me the part =)

i talked to a parts rep and he said he didn't know of any sale. so then i called the last service rep i worked with and she checked with the parts manager and he also said there's no sale and never was. maybe i didn't sound friendly enough on the phone, i dunno lol

They sell cheap chrome lic-plate frame at $40 and telling me that is equivalent to au-tomotive-gold.

Im not sure why but I doubt this. Maybe that is because they charged $16 for a filter wrench that can be had at AutoZone for $4.50 or something like that... Anyway, good for you OP on getting a good deal!

i dont know what to say. I think I talked to the parts manager i think, his name was neil miyazaki (in his email its says parts assoc??). I didn't even have to ask for the discount... he just offered. Maybe because it was a special order? They had to get it from their main parts warehouse... good luck

Neil has been there for many years. He is a pretty great guy. He's been at that service center since before we had our first CL event there. I get some parts from him at a discount because I work at America's Tire Co.

Neil and George are both great guys at Stevens Creek Lexus. Way back in '99, i bought some parts and he gave me wholesale price because i was a student. Great guys~

Ever since Penske bought Stevens Creen Lexus and they moved their parts/service center to Martin Ave, much of the policies have stricken and gave very little to no discount.

I am surprised that there is such offer. Neil does know his stuff.. but i ended up turning my business elsewhere due to some horrible service by the other parts guy, Ken.

Much lookin forward to this offer. If another can verify, I might pick up some F-sport parts.
