Default Body Shops in the Bay Area

I recently valet my car up in San Francisco, and when I came to retrieve my car, I noticed that my car's front lip was all scraped.

Does anyone have any suggestions on a body shop?

The scrapes are pretty deep.. it took off the paint for sure and is into the plastic.

Are deep scrapes even repairable?

Please help a girl out... I don't really know what to do or where to go, and I've been pretty bummed right now, and I want to get things resolved.

are u talking about the stock lip or aftermarket? im assuming u are referring to stock lip... since u mentioned its plastic.. knowing that.. standard oem or gfx oem? scratches need to be sanded down.. if its really deep.. maybe filled.. then resanded.. then new paint... almost any reputable body shop can do it.. now u just gotta shop around for best price.

also...

welcome to CL

thank you =]

it is the stock lip from the x-package..? or something? I don't even know HOW they scraped it considering its not even lowered or anything...

and they got some of the bumper too where the lip and the bumper joins...

any suggestions on where to do it? and how much is this type of repair going to cost?

sounds like they scraped it on a high curb or high parking block... anyways..

xpac means it came with the oem gfx lip... you can check around the classifieds and see if anyone is selling one in your color.. or see if you can find one for under $200 painted.. otherwise just take it to a shop and get it fixed. as for ur bumper.. if its not that big and it doesnt bother u that much.. just leave it.. or put some touch up paint on it..

or...

you can always go aftermarket and get a lip kit..

I take my car there as well. They always mention you Ash when I go. I don't think we've ever met but who knows been going to CL events for the last 5 years.

They're good people.

What car do you bring by there?

I haven't been to a CL event yet but I will eventually

I've brought my IS300 there a few times. Eduardo and Shawn know me very well. The car was there last year just before EOS when my CF hood flew off. They did all my repairs....
