I am aware of all this. Used to host a lot of meets.
The only time cops would harass if we was doing something bad.

Location might be subject to change. Since a lot of people feel blah about the location.

Hope to meet some of the you at the BOS Meet in Fremont.
I will be in the Tunerplayground Booth. Searching for a VIP car to feature =P
