I want to get a sales persons license. But I understand that I would first have to complete a course either in a classroom or online. I also understand that since there have been budget cuts with the community colleges in the state, they are no longer offering an RE course.

What online school would you recommend for me? I need to take Real Estate Principles. I know there are more courses I would have to complete before/after I obtain a license. As a realtor, what advice can you give me?
