Concours d'Elegance week 2009
It's Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance week and it means the supercars and classics are out in force. Just some of the cars I've seen the last 3 days.
Spotted a Ferrari California, sorry no pic.
A few others: Ferrari 288 GTO, F40, Enzo, Porsche Carrera GTs, F355s, F360s, F430s, Murcielagos, Gallardos
A Porsche Panamerica used during the Tour d'Elegance.
My all-time favorite Ferrari: 288 GTO
Enzo
Second all-time favorite: F40
Carrera GT
More pics coming at: www.prodigaltuning.com

I will miss the Monterey Historics and the Concours this weekend.
After 3 years of Sponsorship, Toyota's contract is over, So no more in field corral, no reserved grand stand seats and Hospitality tents. CL had a good run back then for those who were around to enjoy it and we surely miss those days.
Ryan(MaxNine),
I remember seeing so many hot cars in and around Monterey during this yearly event. Exotics are a time a dozen anywhere in Monterey this weekend .

I was going to ask you if Toyota/Lexus/Scion was going to have another infield display at Laguna Seca. Last time I got your email for the display, I was headed to Europe.
You're right about the exotics being a dime a dozen here right now.
I saw a Ferrari F50 in downtown Monterey and a Bugatti Veyron on Highway 68 - I presume leaving the Concorso Italiano. A Ferrari Enzo at the Bridgestone booth at the Concorso was first owned by Nicholas Cage, according to the current owner. He was kind enough to start the car and rev it before leaving the Concorso.
I was at the Concorso from 3 to 5 pm.
I already saw the cars that are entered at the P.B. Concours d'Elegance. I can't afford the $175 ticket for the Concours and did not get a press pass, so I caught them during the Tour d'Elegance, and while they were parked in downtown Carmel on Thursday.

Many members who went the previous years asked me about it as well
Sorry you missed those good ole days.
I remember driving up to the hotel and in front there was a Lambo, Ferrari, Ford GT as if the front check in always looks like this. Then there's the actual families going to the various activities in their 4 door Bentley's, Aston Martins, etc.

I remember Moss Landing. I went to a Pick-N-Pull there because I needed a part for my cupholder in my ES 300. I sure miss living there in northern California...
