We will have an Official Photographer "Jeff" documenting the entire trip.

Most likely we'll be taking photos only of the trip going down, since on the way back up, it will be getting dark, plus half the people are driving home on Monday.
Right now we are trying to finalize the hotel arrangements, that's step #2.
Step #3, I'll send an e-mail to discuss the Caravan logistics
Stay tuned for that one in a couple of days.

Oh nice.. Good to see everythings getting plan out. Hmm im going to try to time everything out so i can catch up to guys through the 145 or something. If not, i'll catch you guys at the 5 and for sure i cant miss 30 LExus rolling. lolz JUst need the time you guys are leaving

That's exactly what I was asking you back on post #67. If you can take the 145, then I'll schedule a pit stop at the 5 & 198. There are 7 restaurants to choose from, so we'll probably have lunch there around 12:30.
Either way, I'll see you at EOS too. Several members will be doing the EOS / Pursuit Double Header. We should get Tee Shirts made

We are down to the last 50 registration spots for Lexus vehicle display!!! You can still bring guests but there are no chances of getting an In-n-Out meal ticket for them. Just a reminder, your registration will be verified on a checklist by a Pursuit Staff member and be given a meal ticket upon entry. No excuses....no exceptions!

We're booking a hotel for Saturday, but it sounds like you could just come down on Sunday morning, since you are close.
There are a bunch of other caravans being organized for Sunday in the SoCal forum section, but probably none coming from your way.

I'm sending out an e-mail to everyone tonight to finalize the Hotel reservations. There is a deadline for this so that's all I'm focusing on right now.
I haven't looked at the SAC guys yet.
Once I get the hotel squared away I will send out a separate e-mail on the caravan logistics. I can tell you that SouthBay will need to leave San Jose at 9am and we will meet with SAC people somewhere on the 5 like at say the 152.
