Anyone screwed by the BART strike?

Union babies, always so greedy. The world is suffering, and they want more. No, they believe they deserve more, and therefor go on strike. Must be nice to have blinders on to the rest of the economy.

 

I too am anti-union. It provides for too much protectionism and I've seen it first-hand. I hate taking the BART. It smells too much like ****.

 

5 days of BART makes you appreciate the time with the LEXUS......

 

Glad the strike was called off. I dislike taking BART as well, but it does make travel easier. It also beats driving the IS into the city and parking it on the streets...

man i need bart, i don't feel like driving to SF. toll, gas, and the cost of school parking are all the reasons i need to take bart. and this too:

I agree, the cost of parking on the street these days is crazy in some areas of the city. Even if you do find street parking, a quarter gives you 4 minutes max. It's going to cost you like $3-$4 for an hour of parking.

BART is great, just smells weird at times.
MUNI is good too, I take it whenever I need to get around multiple parts of the city.
