Anybody know of any good shops that can repair a 3 piece rim? Or is there a way i can order a replacement barrel and do it myself?

Also somebody who does fender rolling.

i will thanks man ... let me ask you something cause i know sometimes i just try to give as much info as possible and people think im telling them what to do.... if i had a friend of mine and Be look at the door for the window problem and nothing was able to be found do you think they would get upset or mad... annoyed if i told them not to look at the door first because the is the problem is somewhere else and i had 2 guys that know their stuff look at and maybe start looking somewhere else to save time?? i feel sometimes people dont like to be told you know .... i dont know i was just asking...

Wheel Techniques has 2 locations in Santa Clara and Sacramento. Otherwise RiteWay is the next closest to you guys. I believe in the Concord area ?

I haven't tried them so I can't speak for their work but Driven Authority in Sac says they have a fender rolling specialist.
http://drivenauthority.com/service.html

You can also check with TNT Autobody in the same complex to see if they can do your fenders. Ask for Tony.
