Call Kathleen Xu at Magnussen in Fremont. She's helped a few of here on CL.

Better off at Fremont than Stevens Creek imo.

We have had a very strong relationship with Lexus of Stevens Creek as they have been big supporters of CL and the NorCal members for many years. They have the largest Lexus inventory in NorCal. I highly recommend them.

I agree. I've always gotten ignored at S.C. Lexus. I was in the showroom with a couple friends and my g/f for 20 minutes or so, most of the time spent looking at one single car, and not one person greeted us. On multiple occasions I had the same or similar experiences there.

I think this is the norm though at most dealerships on Stevens Creek; Audi across the street is at least as bad. Same ownership group too so I wonder if that has anything to do with it...?

Any of you guys have experience special-ordering a vehicle, possibly through the dealers noted above? I'm looking to get one with the Luxury Package, and have been told that that's pretty much a special-order-only option in CA. I know special-orders generally don't get as good a deal, but any of you have experience with it? I'm willing to do $1000 to $1500 above invoice, which I think is pretty reasonable.

Yup... Stay with Steven's Creek Lexus.

PM me if you want me to refer you a salesman, or I can refer you to a special member here that deals with the sales manager at Steven's Creek.
