Jerome and I are planning to have a mini convoy down to the show. We're planning to meet at the McDonald's right off of the Santa Rita Road exit on 580 (6800 Santa Rita Road, Pleasanton, CA 94588) at 9:30am and will roll out around 9:35am. Anyone else want to meet there first before heading to the Starbucks in San Jose rendezvous point? Jared, since you're in Danville?

Lol, I think I'm in a worst state then you. A bolt broke when I was installing my coilover so I'm waiting for the replacement part. My car is inoperable right now.

Wanted to make sure everyone saw my last update post. Still looking for info on "Mariano Elias" and "Sir Mark" who signed up with the event organizers but have not posted in this thread. Anyone know them? They might just be some randoms, in which case I'm not sure if they should be "removed" from our team, or if we should play it by ear and leave it as is.

Alright, I'll try to give those two unknowns a call today just to make sure they know about the Starbucks 10:15am pre-meet. We need to roll into the show together if possible.

Josh, you're all set with registration. Here's the email I received from the organizer: "Hey Brian we apologize for the mistakes. We did have all of your crew registered but we misplaced josh and jerome because they did not say they were with clublexus. Thank you for the corrections and we look forward into seeing you at our car show. We would really appreciate it if you get there early and all of your crew at the same time, if possible, at around 11 am so that we could get you set up and ready before the car show starts. Thanks again."

Yeah, the parts dealer said they should have tomorrow if their warehouse has it. They told me they would most likely have it at the warehouse and have it shipped overnight to the dealership. So I should have the bolt tomorrow. Another day of working on my car after work . Just got my fronts done today, so shouldn't be too long just to replace a bolt.

From the event organizer: "Yes we have all 13 confirmed. And Yes any last second attendees can show up the day of the event but they will not be eligible to be judged or get throphies. Also, 10:45 sounds like a better time for you to show up, the earlier the better.We really appreciate the help of clublexus and we look forward on seeing you at our car show."

I told them we would plan to arrive at YBHS between 10:45am and 11:00am. Our Starbucks pre-meet time is 10:15am - please get there by 11:35a.m. at the latest so we can roll out and get a prime show location.

I will text each of the confirmed attendees so you have my cell in case of last-minute changes, and to confirm your attendance.
