where is the best place to get tires?

Last few sets of tires I bought were from Skip's Tires at their Blossom Hill and Cottle locations. They've been good to me thus far. They have also price matched from Tire Rack.
I likely would have bought my last set from Tire Outlet given their solid reputation here but they didn't have what I needed. I say "needed" because I literally couldn't wait more than a day.
