Yeah, we'll have to enjoy it while it lasts. The team will be different next year. The core of the pitching staff will be intact but the outfield and parts of the infield won't be the same. Giants are not going to pick up the $10.5 million option on Renteria. Huff was out best offensive player last year and he is a free agent. We need to shore up 1st base and shortstop because those are our biggest holes. Hopefully Panda will be humbled with all this hype that surrounded him this year and get back to his big offensive season of 08-09. We need protection for Posey.

Congratulations to the San Francaisco Giants for winning the 2010 World Series convincingly. It's great for their fans and the city.

I was in downtown in the madness. Only thing I didn't like was all the illegal crap people were doing that cut the party short. There was a guy running around lighting everything on fire. But epic night.

My fire engine in the Mission was mobbed by 20 people jumping on the roof on the truck! Pulling the hose off the truck,Bottles thrown at us and tagging on one other truck!It's cool to have fun and get wild, but not stupid like a bunch of idiots!

I hate it when s*** like this happen. It just show how something so wonderful brings the worse out of people. For christ sake, we won the world series. There's no need to go robbing stores and beating up other people.

The core 4 pitchers are locked in for 3-4 years until they hit the market.

Note that a lot of the people that were out there today were there for the sake of partying, not to celebrate the championship. So no matter what good things happen, if there's a reason to get rowdy, the bad seeds will flock there no matter what.
