Nor Cal SEMA Car's EXPOSED
Well after months of planning, building and missed meets this summer, several of the NorCal crew rolled in today to show at SEMA Las Vegas.

Friday was T minus 4 days and counting to SEMA
My car was going through final prep before transport the next day.

Jeff gettin down and dirty
Clay bar then buff, seal and wax. Working Double time on the buffers
Tims car arrives fresh from the paint shop. The car was just completed on Friday. It looks like Tim is still smelling the fresh paint fumes !
Carlin's LS was the first car done in our group of 4 cars sharing several of the same sponsors including Job Design Body Kits, Falken Tires and Forgestar Rims.
All 3 cars will be attending the EVHS meet coming in November.
Even Though I have no sponsors requiring me to show my engine compartment, I decided to give it a detail job too. I'm thinking I'll pop the hood at the show for a few hours during each day.
End of Friday I loaded up cleaning supplies and finished up packing about 4:30 AM ! Now I'll only get 2 hours of sleep since the transport is coming at 7am ! ! !

Saturday T minus 3 days and counting to SEMA
I get a call at 7am Sharp from the transport that is outside ready to pick up my car and Tims car.
It's not even sunrise yet !
It took 2 hours to load my car and Tim's car, mainly because he had to set up a ramp to get the car up the transport.
Both cars barely clear the wheel wells. I had to climb out the window since the door can't be opened.

Sunday T minus 2 days and counting to SEMA
Well I'm posting this on Day 1 of SEMA. Obviously we're not online most of the time and when we get back to the hotel it's really late., so I'm behind on back posting Hopefully I can get back from SEMA earlier tonight and back-post chronologically.

Here's a sneak peek of the display stands that I built for these guys for SEMA, they are called AlumiPlate Display Boards with tool less stands.

and when Tim's car gets back from SEMA, we are building one for him too.
Also here's another car that is from NorCal and sporting one of my AlumiPlate Display Boards too.
