Toy Drive and Charity Car Meet - DEC 5th - WEKFEST INFO!

If it weather doesn’t cooperate with the event plans, we will move to the following weekend - - - > STAY TUNED!

All cars, motorcycles, scooters, trucks and BMX bikes of all makes and models are invited! Please come and support a GREAT cause! Plus 1 Danny and ATS Garage Jr have been hosting this event with their crews for 4 years now and make the 5th year even more special! With the struggling economy, we all know your budgets are tight, but if you can imagine low income families having an even harder time making ends meet. Help make it a better season for the kids! If you can spare a Sunday afternoon and a $5-10 toy, please consider coming by to see some cool cars, meet great people and of course put a smile on a needy child face.
Please come by and support!
Last year’s Toy Drive collected over 500+ toys that went to needy families and kids. Half of the toys went to First Step for Families Program which is a Children’s Homeless Shelter & Hayward Kaiser Hospital’s Children’s Ward. The other half of the toys were donated to the Union City Fire Department in their efforts for a city wide toy drive for the Toys for Tots Program.
There will be plenty of food for sale and room for canopy tents and chairs!
To save spots for your car(s) or crew, please arrive early as we are NOT taking registrations! First come First parked! Gates will open to PUBLIC @ 1030AM – NOT EARLIER…..
As you already know, the turnout and attendance is very impressive and a lot of people from SF BAY AREA, NOR CAL, and CENTRAL VALLEY come to attend!

its up in the air at the moment if i'll be there or not, my car should be there regardless if i go or not as plusONE is one of the host, so we're trying to bring as many of our cars out as possible. my brother will bring my car instead if i dont make it.

you beat me to the punch. Per our Pms, let me do my usual background work and I'll update you guys as soon as I can.
Well my suggestion is to meet up at the parking lot at Chevy's in Union City since it will be quite spacious.

Meet by 10 am. Roll out at 10:15 am. James Logan is about a 10 minute drive max with traffic lights from there.
So far I think the attendance list goes (from people posting)

4. Josh (JoshIS408) - 70% sure
5. Brian (Brociouz) - tentative yes
I know I'm new and all, but this is not my first time setting up meets or rides. Set up a group ride and meet for over 100 bikes one time on Bay Area Riders Forum.

per our discussion, let's hold off for now until I get feedback from the meet organizer and then we can adjust any proposed caravan logistics accordingly.
