Has anybody service their cars here before? I serviced mine here before for my brakes. But the car did not come out as I hoped. They said they changed my pads to low dust pads, but they did not and they also washed my car, when I told them not to.

But I recently setup an appointment to get my car serviced, because I really need to get these problems fixed before my warranty expires in March. And I dont really have time to bring it to Oakland, Fremont or Stevens Creek Lexus.

I gave them a call and told them I need these things done/fix.

List of Problems:
Dashboard Rattle
Rear View Mirror Vibration
Rough Idle and Check engine light(Carbin Build-up)
Clunk Noise when changing gears from Park to Reverse
Center Vent will not clip in
Turn off DRL's
and Adjust HID aim

But when I checked my Appointment on their website, this is all they say:

So i am a little concern that they will not do what i want them to do. The service rep i talked to was apparently the service manager, but it felt like he didnt want to service my car on the phone. What should i do?

Set up a appointment and talk to your service adviser in person. Usually you can just tell them all the problems and demonstrate that the problems actually exist and they will fix it without a problem.

Just reading some of your problems I always thought that the clunk noise from P-R is normal? My car makes it during cold starts.

valley Lexus suck they do not like fixing anything, plus their customer service is terrible. I was going to buy my gs from them but they wanted to much money and would not deal at all. it suck that this is the only Lexus dealership around for people in the central valley unless you want to drive a hr to Fresno or go over the hill to the bay area

Yeah. Ryan is a good dude and he's a certified Lexus mechanic.....and he needs to pay for that 2011 F Sport!
