Addendum: I am 100% in agreement with all of these fines.

Well, maybe not the adequate muffler law.

Drive safe.

Thought I've seen this post somewhere in the forum before... nonetheless, I wonder how much they are going to charge the HOV lane violation?

Yup. TEN years ago I slammed on my brakes to not hit the red light, I still ended up in the intersection... Got a ticket for $580 as well, and that was 10 years ago.

Where did you get these fines from? I got a number of these in the past and they were WAY more... I would think with the economy the way it is, it would be much more now.

6 years ago I was driving a student home and saw his little brother walking home (im in their neighborhood already) the kid was like 4 parcels from his home, so I said, awe what the heck I'll pick the little guy up. I didnt think anything of it, as I pull up to their home (again 4 parcels away) a cop pulls behind me. I get a ticket for $800 (not $436) for not having his brother in proper restraints

^^^ That totally sux to hear that you did something good and then getting @ss raped for it.

You should've told the cop that you saw a sexual predator following the kid and you just saved his @ss - no pun intended.

Mind you, there are just the fines.

It does NOT include fees, documentation, billing, surcharges, traffic school, etc.

In other word, it will cost you A LOT more if you do get fined...

My friend borrowed my G35 and he got cited for no front plate when he was parked. The thing is, there is a front plate, mounted on the passenger side of the bumper. This was done by the body shop, which according to them is completely legal as long as the letters show.

This specific picture dates back to 9/26/2010, the night I picked up my car from the body shop.

What do I do? Do they take a picture of your vehicle when they cite it for no front plate? Because it's ON there.

This must be a first...*****ing about getting a NFP ticket when there is a front plate... -____-

That's weak bro. That should be totally legal. It's mounted securely and numbers/letters are visible. Fight it! If you have the energy.
