Quick suggestion: might want to move the time up earlier than 3pm. By the time people get there (lag), mingle, eat, etc, it may be close to 6pm (pretty dark) before everyone starts heading to the photoshoot. When you have that many people, things move slowly. Just my $0.02.
Yeah, I definitely put some thought into it - several members were tied up until 2pm, plus several more work until 5-6pm, so 3pm was as close to an ideal time I could find. We'll certainty take photos in that parking lot by Quickly's too before sunset, and the Sybase shoot can be in the dark since it's a parking garage anyway (and the later the better in a way so that any poor Saturday workers can leave). Here is an example shot from the last time we did a Sybase shoot (time was approximately 9pm as I recall):
^ i second the time change, u should bump it up to 2pm since everyone seems to run on asian time and will probably get there half an hour to an hour later anyways
Ill try to make it out, but have a feeling im goin to be in for paint this weekend if everything goes well... So busy doing last minute things for wekfest. Will try to come out. Looks like a good head count.

edit: didnt see the last post haha
Can't do much about Asian/Indian/Filipino/choose-your-ethnicity time. I'm hoping that by having the meet at Quickly's all the Asian CL members will be excited to come, ON TIME. Sunset is the ideal time for photos anyway, so with any luck the timing will be perfect.

Hope you make it Josh. You can cover your car in blue painter's tape to keep your WekFest mods secret.
if the sun is still up i know a spot in san leandro that is like 20 min. drive from dublin that we can do a another photoshoot and theres would be parking for all of us

That will be nearly impossible to pull off given the number of cars already signed up and the logistics involved with moving them all to a different city. Maybe save it for a different meet? I know San Leandro has some good spots.

You should come regardless of whether or not you have coils. Most of the cars that come to these meets are stock or near-stock anyway.

I think we were there till past midnight last time.
Brian, you are so friggen organized when you do these meets. Thanks for all of your hard work, the maps, calling the establishment, EVERYTHING! And I for one appreciate the time that you set for this. I get off at 1pm that day and will finally be able to make it. I have to wake up at 230am on Sunday so having it early allows me to come.
