Lexus people are all SNOBS?? Wow.
So apparently all of us Lexus owners are SNOBS. Some person who was at the BLOX car show said we are all snobs.
Just because we own a Lexus does not make us snobs. Just because we are a well organized car club, who won a few awards at BLOX, and have nice classy cars does not make us bad! I told this person he doesn't know jack. I told him we are the most chill and nicest car group of people out there. I know when i first got on CL, i was a little scared how i would be treated being a girl on a car club site, but everyone was so welcoming and nice!!
This really made me mad when i heard this. Haters will be haters i guess. I love my CL friends. See yall at BOS!

Without hearing the answer, you know I've been doing this for 10 years. All I can say is I've had soo many compliments how good our forums are, how nice the people are, compared to "their" non-lexus owners forums.
I can't tell you how many people have converted from Euros to Lexus, that are now in our group.
Whoever made such a blanket "Statement" about us is either illiterate or jealous or both.
Don't lose sleep over that type of person; we don't need that type of person buying a Lexus and giving us a bad name do we.

As you said earlier, by mindful of what you are saying and doing in public. In the end, people will judge other a group based on the actions of one person/driver. Everyone here is basically representing Lexus because you are driving one.
Be on your best behavior and we'll see who the "snobs" are. I can say it's not going to be us...
Haters are out there, let them hate each other to death. We'll just chill with our trophies. People are jealous of our success

no matter waht industry you're in, you'll get something like this...
in the import industry you hear things like this ALL the time... it's basically how you deal with it that makes it true or not... the thing is, it's this person's opinion so you can't really argue with them.
if they think that then it would be hard to change their opinion. but the thing is, would it be worth your time to do so??? would the effort be worth the outcome???
think of it this way... if you argue, they'll think we're more snobbish then before. if you don't argue they'll be like "see, they are snobs"... loose loose situation...
no matter waht industry you're in, you'll get something like this...

But in all seriousness, we all do what we do cuz its what we love. I mean who can say no to shiny rims, sweet body kits, and rawr-ing exhausts. You'll run into haters all the time whether it be at shows, or just on the road. I may not be as flashy as some of the other members here but when a random stranger gives you a thumb up on the highway or says sweet ride and appreciates your work it makes it all worth it.
I'm very proud of my mods, my car, the Lexus brand, and this club!
