How about Castro Valley? Too far? I'd recommend Roger Kraus Tire (http://www.yelp.com/biz/roger-kraus-tire-castro-valley) They're VERY knowledgeable about lowered car (they even have a bunch of 2x6 laying around for SLAMMED cars) but I cant say they're cheap.

The toe probably could be adjusted to 0 but the dealership don't know how to do a proper alignment on lowered car and probably relied on the computer. At the moment I would just like to get the toe within specs. My camber should not affect my tread wear that much since it is still at ~-1.7-2.0.
+1. I really do not want to drive 1 hour to get my car aligned. It seems like finding a shop that knows how to make the toe close to 0 or near 0 is all it takes to fix the alignment on the 2IS.
I am currently talking to The Shop in San Bruno right now to see if they can fix my issue.

ZERO toe is NOT neccessarily the correct setting, especially since the camber is negative.
Not going to explain all the reasons why, but I can tell you that as soon as you sit in the car or have passengers, your toe is no longer at zero.

Closest and best one is a CL member owned shop: Autosport 209 in Stockton. Google it.
Ya know he's gonna be a Lexus specialist.
You could of had a chance for the $80 gift certificate on alignment that was given out at the Folsom Meet.

Alignment
HI Glenn,
I got my GS400 (dropped RCA camber kit from Exact Motors), alignment done at Auto Innovations. My cambers are fine by my rear toe is off right -0.25 and left -0.13. John at Exact said this is not a big issue. Can tire Tire outlet get the alignment close to factory specification. Thanks for your input.

Here's my rear alignment spec with the "right" suspension parts provided by Exact Motorsports and Figs Engineering and work performed by the alignement guru at Tire Outlet
Again my alignment is ALL GREEN within Factory Spec while slammed.
See if your alignment shop can align ALL IN SPEC on a car dropped about as much as mine.
If your shop can do this, then props to them, otherwise go to Tire Outlet Hands Down and Tell Joseph I sent you !!!
Most shops will tell you they CAN'T achieve this alignment if the car is slammed, but with the right aftermarket parts and an expert alignment tech it CAN be done.
I know there ARE other local shops out there that ARE competent, but I'd really like to see some SUBSTANCE in people's recommendations .
It would be great for people to describe WHY they are recommending versus just giving a shout out.

Your toe is not real bad, but it would be preferred that you get positive toe . With negative toe you will feel the rear end loose when you take sharp turns and in the rain it can be almost dangerous if you find yourself needing to make an evasive maneuver. Also you will experience more inner tire wear with negative toe. Positive toe is a lot less harmful and I would rather have positive than negative toe.
You should ask Orlando at Auto Innovations if he maxxed out on the OEM toe already, but I suspect he did if he aligned it. Your best bet is to get adjustable toe arms from FIGs. He's a vendor on CL and you can search in the 2GS suspension section for threads on his product.
I use FIGs toe arms with the Exact RCAs to get the alignment I have. The money spent on toe arms will return to you in longer tire life. FIG has 3 prices on toe arms, you just need the basic set. Dunno how much, but you can search or PM him.

Thank you very much for your input. Joseph at Tire Outlet told me that he can fix the toe by shving or drilling a hole in the fram, is it a good solution. If not shoul I get the toe arms from FIGs and is it worh installing it now or wait until I changed the tires next time. I have put about 120 miles on my current tire.

I might have to try out Tire Outlet. I took my car to Midas by Southland in Hayward and they told me everything was fine on the machine and the problem were probably my tires. The reason I was getting an alignment in the first place was because I just bought tires from costco haha.
I just did an oil change from the dealership along with a multi-point inspection and they told me my front and rear tires are at 3/32" or less on the inner edges! And they couldn't do an alignment because my car was too low(coils and a kit).
