I hope its not a stupid, question and wasnt already answred, I skimmed though a few pages but i was wondering.....


I registered for the raffle/ not to show the car, but I was still emailed roll in information.

My car is pretty stock and not trying to show it... but I was wondering where is parking for non showing? or am I supposed to roll in a caravan ne ways or with the allotted time per car?

^^^ it's not a car show, it's a lexus meet

so you get to park with everybody inside even if you're stock

you're ok rolling in with the caravan or within your assigned model time, only thing is you will not be able to get out until the event is officially over... if you plan to leave early, you can ask the event coordinator when you check in to re-direct you

I was just really confused, to why there was two different tickets to purchase for the event. that threw me off

If you registered for "Spectator ONLY." You do NOT need to arrive at the times that were emailed. The email that went out was a MASS email that went to everyone who registered for the event. Those who registered for Car Registration NEED to show up at the given times. Spectator Registration can come anytime. Just check in at the Registration Table to redeem your raffle ticket.

Once Roll in is completed by 1045AM.. The secondary parking lot will be open for spectator/guest parking.

If you bring your proof of registration itll make things easier. But not required. Just give us your first and last name when you arrive.

We would appreciate if you dont leave until after 230PM due to the safety of spectators/pedestrians that may still be walking around the parking lot. But if you really need to leave early, find an EOSX Staff member and we will guide you out.

The reason for Spectator ONLY registration was to get a head count of potential "spectators" and also be able to enter the raffle ticket drawing. This way we could get an idea of how many goodie bags and food to prepare.

Please PM me if you will be switching over to "Car Registration" so i can make the changes to expect you during roll in. Otherwise as Spectator, you can come anytime before or after 11AM.
