Yes please, have decided not to go up to Davis this weekend. It'll be great if it is between the 580 680 interchange. That way we can meet-up with the earlier caravan when they past by.
Or maybe the guys from (925) can all meet up on the 580 680 interchange with the (510) people. That way we can have a big crew to meet-up the Sac people coming down.

usually the 925 Concord caravan meets up with the 925 Dublin folks and wait for the 916/209 caravan and we all roll out down 680 South towards San Jose. 510 folks are kinda on their own cause you're in between the SF and 925/916/209 caravans
Good point. I guess whoever want to do EB caravan can do a rolling meetup when Sac and Concord people past by on 680. Its pretty much dead on 880 as far as I know.

In the past we have had more people coming from the east bay, but since there’s only a few of you this time, I suggest you informally pm each other and organize on your own where to meet up and when to leave .
The OFFICIAL caravans were put up because we need veteran coordinators to manage the larger groups. They also work with the EOS staff to agree on arrival times for them to roll in. This is done to better manage the flow of cars into the venue.
We actually DO NOT want to merge you guys into one large caravan, because that defeats the purpose of preventing a line of cars from backing up into the street from the entry gate.
I’ll leave this thread open for a while, if any others are interested to join you guys. It doesn't look like there's a significant amount of interest, so for now we probably won’t put up an official caravan.
