Apparently there has been some confusion regarding roll in times. So to try and make things a bit more clear...

Everyone who registered received an email regarding Roll In Time Slots by their model. These time slots are for those who are NOT part of a Caravan Group. If you are NOT part of a Caravan Group, please arrive according to your car model time slot.

IS300 - 8:30AM - 9AM
IS250/300 - 9:00AM - 10AM
ISF - 9:30AM - 10AM
GS/ES/SC/Etc - 10AM - 10:45AM

Now.. for those who are part of a Caravan Group. The above listed times DO NOT apply to you. Your Caravan Group has been given a designated Roll In time slot regardless of your specific model.

510 Caravan - 8:30AM
408 Caravan - 9:00AM
415/650 Caravan - 9:30AM
925/916/209 Caravan - 10:00AM


Please try to arrive according to your given time slot. This schedule was made to help ensure a smooth staging process which in turn leads to everyone having a good time. MAIN Lot cut off time will be 10:45AM SHARP. If you do not make it by 10:45AM, we cannot guarantee you parking in the MAIN Lot due to the safety of Spectators/Pedestrians.

Cars are being parked by model. Caravans have mixed models. you dont have to follow the caravan if you dont want to, just as long as you come during your model roll in bracket.

Caravans are usually arriving by location. the closer you are to stevens creek, the earlier you are to arrive.
This is to prevent traffic and congestion of cars.

we want caravans to arrive earlier before all the non caravan model cars arrive so you can get your spots ahead of time.
