Usually when someone flashes their hi-beams its either 1. cause they think your lights are too bright or 2. cause they are warning you of police activity in your direction just FYI. nice idea though lol

if I'm not mistaken... 'emergency lights' is that button w/ a big red triangle on it.. not flash ur high beams

He didn't mean the Hazard button but a signal ( not written) about a potential cop ahead.
This was a rumor long ago that if you flashed your high beams at a car with no headlights on at night that it was a gang initiation and that they'd shoot you!
