Help installing sway bars?

I just got the F-sport sway bars as a Christmas present from my mom, but I don't have money for installation. I was wondering if anybody could help me install it. I don't have a lift or any tools at home

in your case my friend you may have to just wait to save money to have them installed... im far to lazy to install anything but an intake by myself LOL

Just get a good set of ramps with an extension kit so you can clear your bumpers. Have a friend spot you so you don't drive over the ramps. Have a basic wrench set with a 1/2" driver and a torque wrench. If you can change your own engine oil, changing the sways will take about 1 hour.
