With that said, Sac raceway is pretty badly prepped. Too much FWD drivers use the wet box and gets the strip wet. I lost traction couple of times half way through the race. And other people I spoke with did also.

I have some info about this.
unfortunately the track is booked for all weekends in April except Sunday April 29th. However, they wanted $3,500 to book the track.
As far as May and June, there are too many holidays and events.
We are down to Wednesday, but I know most members are from the bay so it might be difficult to make it on a weekday. Glen said he can Wednesday if he plan ahead but not sure who else can.
lmk what you guys think, I'm in if we have enough members.

"RACE THE STRIP, NOT THE STREET. Street Legal Cars, Trucks and motorcycles racing on a safe and legal dragstrip. All vehicles must pass a simple NHRA safety inspection and have working mufflers, limiting noise to 90 decibels at 50 feet. Driver must have a valid driver's license and all drivers under the age of 18 must have an annual waiver of liability, signed by their parents on file at the track. These forms can be downloaded and printed in color or obtained at the track. All Winners will receive a trophy and their name will be listed on our results page as well as NHRA's National Dragster weekly magazine and on Sacramento Raceway's Wednesday nite Street legal Drags page. Categories: Fun Runs(no eliminations), Sport Compacts, Motorcycle and Street Machines.
Gates Open: 4:00 PM
Time Trials: 5:00 PM
Eliminations: 7:00 PM
Pit Admission: $7 per person Pit Parking: Available only to participants, free parking located in the front lot.
Race Entry: $15 includes car and driver"

I'm gonna head out to race tomorrow.. 4/11/12.. if anyone wants to join me... i'll be there right at 4 when gates open.. it's time to finally run my car on the track.. lets see what the F can do w/ my happy a$$ behind the wheel 
... oh.. and don't expect me to post ET for fear of being ridiculed.. if you wanna see me make a fool of myself.. u'll just have to come out
