I'm not sure if there's any restrictions on these sites for files, but try box.com or google drive? they both give you 5GB free but charge for anything bigger than that.

try zipping the file to shrink it and then try uploading on the other sites like google drive, box, dropbox, etc.

The alternative is if you have zipping application (I like winRar) that can create .rar files that get broken up into chunks, then you can probably upload to some of those sites.

LOL, I got to shine that baby put for these meets. I have +15,000 miles on it. Your car is bad a-s-s. I really like the front and rear molding job. You need to get clear bra on that thing. Trust me bro, do it quick.
