I've been looking forward to this event and was hoping that it doesn't land on June 10 weekend... I'm going to be in Vegas for the fight.

That is a very good observation.

I usually schedule Toyotafest and Blox into the Event calendar, but due to an absense of Veteran volunteers to "Coordinate" those activities, they did not get listed on the calendar, even though those events occurred or will be occuring.

In the case of EOS, the event is currently not scheduled, since willing coordinators have not been identified.

There is still time to make it happen, but there is also a possibility it may not occur at all.

I'll post more details on this subject in the Event Thread at a later point.

For now, cross your fingers.

Hi Glen,

Instead of having the same veteran coordinators for big events all the time... can we have volunteers to act as assistant coordinators? That way, the assistant coordinators get to pick up the skills to carry the torch of coordinators in situation like this. Armed of contacts and coordination skills... the next gen of coordinators can keep the events burning for everyone.

Paul, technically that's what we have been doing, but it's more complicated than that. I Appreciate the suggestion, but let's discuss it when the time comes and on the Event thread or otherwise I'm open to PM.
