Rim/Tire package - good deal?

Is this a good deal here in the bay area? It's for my 07 gs450, flint mica, don't plan on dropping.

19" avant garde m310 (dolphin grey) staggered
Hancook v12 (245/35 and 275/30)

$2150 installed

U shld be able to get these rims for around $1k give or take a hundred... Then its just tires

Rims 1000 + like 900 for tires + mount n balance 120. That doesn't sound to bad
