Finally shaved... part II (PICS)
Took another trip to Diamond Auto Body in Sac where they helped me the first time around shaving fenders on my first GS : Finally Shaved! (Part I)
Now on to the next GS, I went with a different setup:
BC Racing BR Type Coilovers (16/14)
Varrstoen 2.2.2. 19x9.5 +12, 19x10.5 +12
Sage RCA's
A little more aggressive on the wheel setup this time around... and I learned the hard way lol. Anyway on to the pics:
Like a kid on Christmas
Dr. Jeff Isidro (PUREgs) going in for the install and shave
Me pulling the rears a la phone book. Yes, I should pull with a roller (as Diamond and everyone else highly suggests), but I'm a stubborn lazy @$$ lol and I was just curious to see what the phone book method was all about. It actually came out clean
Taking a break trying out Chelsea's (xoxocaro) baller wheels and checking out a Rolls-Royce at the Diamond lot
Fruits of our labor
Exhausted, heading home
The next day it's time for alignment work (lifetime alignment at Firestone, even for slammed cars )
Huge thank you again to Diamond Auto Body's Jeff and David (PUREgs and duck9i6) for their hard work and time and always A++ work! And for Lou (LEXLOUGRR) for all his help as well. Finally almost done with my v1 setup... I just need some suspension parts (rear lower control arms, rear toe links, etc.) and exterior details and I'll be done until v2.
