Hi Everybody:

Just wanted to get everybody's opinion on where to bring my Lexus IS-F for servicing. Which dealership is better? Lexus of Serramonte Service Center or Lexus of Stevens Creek Service Center?

Would love to hear your opinions on which dealership is better.

I would go with stevens creek. I havent had any problems with them when I bring my 350 in. they usually just give me a loaner and im on my way. i like their serving waiting area cause theres a couple large pane windows that allow you to see into the shop if you get bored waiting there. they've got complimentary soda/ water/ coffee/ tea and pastires.

I bought my 350 from serramonte as a certified pre owned. they some how managed to forget to smog my car before selling it to me... if they forgot to do that then i'm not quite sure how their service would be. they ended up having me drive back up there, from san jose to get my car smogged. they were nice about it though and filled up my tank for me which was near empy when i got up there lol.

I don't know anything about Serramonte but I've heard good things about Stevens Creek. What service are you planning on getting?

Where do you live? Those two dealerships are pretty far apart. Personally I go to Concord.

I live in San Francisco, but I don't mind traveling outside of the city for servicing. As long as everything is done well.

Been using Stevens Creek for 10 years now on three different Lexus cars and like them just fine - never had any problems.

But I have no idea about other dealers' service - I use Stevens Creek because they are close.

Never used Stevens Creek but have been going to Serramonte Lexus for 6+ years for service for my RX and IS and have had no problems so far.
