Today, I got involved in a hit and run incident. Long story short, I was driving to my parents house and while I was approaching an intersection (I had the green light) a stupid ******* driver ran a red light and kareemed into the rear passenger side panel of my car. My car did a 360 and went through the sidewalk and bushes. Worst of all, the guy took off running and never stopped. Luckily, a witness reported the suspect's vehicle and license plate number, but I doubt the cops will catch the guy since the officer told me the plates were from socal and probably stolen.

There's pretty much extensive damage to my vehicle which includes damage to the rear lip, bumper, alignment, front lip and bumper and the right side wheel

I'm most likely going to part out as soon as my car gets fixed and possibly sell. If anyone needs anything, you can pm me. I'll post ads on the classfied section.

This day just ruined my entire weekend

Wow sorry about your accident bro, glad you're alright...who knows maybe the cops will catch the guy? Anything is possible? GL and keep us posted! Wow this is an awful situation and I am really sorry to hear this. I am glad to that you were not seriously injured in the accident. Keep your head up things will work out and you will be in my prayers.

Sorry to hear....at least you're o.k. This can all be repaired easily if you have insurance. even a complete paint job since you need paint. I've come to learn that with something bad comes something better! I'll take your headlights! Have a Merry Christmas

Thanks everyone for the warm wishes!!!! I really appreciate it. I was able to enjoy a wonderful Christmas in spite of what happened Saturday.

I'll keep you guys posted. I'm still deciding which body shop to send it to. I have several in mind around the East Bay.
