Hello,
Has anyone performed a brake upgrade? Looking for recommendations for pad and /or rotor swaps.
I am very disappointed with the mushy and ineffective stopping.

You can upgrade to the new RX350/500 400mm brakes or stainless steel brake lines.

Is this a direct swap, do you need to shave/trim anything with the rotor shield behind it, or?
And, what year RX would work on the NX (assuming all years are the same. I know there is no difference between the hybrid and the f sports)

Would love to upgrade the lady's NX300h Black line, as like OP stated, the brakes are... terrible, very mush. This is with just cruising around, not driving fast by any means, it just doesn't feel confidence-inspiring. Lacks any bite.

Looks like a great solution, unfortunately, with her OEM 18s, it wont clear the caliper.

The RX BBK upgrade fits 1st Gen NX as well because that link shows the kit fitting on a 2nd Gen NX?
