Default Radio and Infotainment Not Working After Battery Replacement

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me out before I bring my 2016 Lexus NX 200t f-sport in. I changed my car battery and all of a sudden my radio and infotainment screen went black. The radio does not work or turn on but the CD still ejects. When I reverse, the camera pulls up on the screen. I’ve tried to push and hold the power button for the radio on but no reponse. I’ve also tried disconnecting the battery, waiting half an hour and reconnecting it but still no luck.

Try checking the fuse for the radio; fuse box is under the hood on driver's side

I can’t find the radio fuse…. It’s just a blank for me

Odd but the radio may be combined with another fuse or be in one of the other fuse boxes since yours is from before the model refresh. There's another fuse box in the passenger side under the hood, and one under the dash above the OBD-II port. You may also want to check if your battery needs charging as I've read that has fixed the issue for someone else.

No, I never got it to work. I checked all the fuses and unplugged the battery for 12 hours. Im going to take it in to a car audio repair before Lexus, because from everything I read Lexus will just say the radio is bad and I’ll need to replace the entire thing for around $3,000.

From what I got all you need is the bottom piece behind the dash board.
like $1,800
once I get the car up here to NY. I will post the solution.

Any solution yet? Having this exact same problem after replacing the battery. Screen will flash briefly every 15 seconds, backup camera works fine, no radio, no infotainment and the phone charger doesn't work, have a 2016 200T F sport

When you changed the battery did you use a memory settings saver or an extra battery connected to the battery terminals?
