Anyone installed an auto windows raising module in their first gen 2015 Lexus NX200t?
Hello,
I thought it to be a good idea to install an aftermarket module that raises your open windows when you lock your car. For different reasons, not going to get into that now.
I was wondering if anyone had any success installing this module on their vehicle...
Here is the wiring diagram, they call it "window closer":
...and the module itself:
Thoughts? Ideas?

Unfortunately, this module is not compatible with your (or most all modern) vehicle. The days of simple, high current "brute force" switches operating the window motors directly, as depicted in the application circuit, are long in the past. The necessary wire for that scheme, which has to be capable of conducting ~20 Amp currents, is to heavy and expensive, and has been replaced with digital bus multiplex systems that only require a few thousandths of an Amp.
The actual window motor wires are not readily accessible in the NX without removing the entire window assembly, and the 4 window switches in the drivers armrest are not functional once you turn off the ignition and exit the vehicle.
However, half of the functionality you would like to implement already exists from the factory, but may require activation with a Techstream cable and software. Refer to the attached page copied from the 2015 NX200T Owners Manual on the Lexus of Canada web site.
If this feature is functional on your vehicle, implementation could be achieved with a simple timing circuit and relay that bridges the mechanical key lock sense switch, located inside the door lock, when the wireless remote "lock" button is pressed continuously for several seconds. Those wires are readily accessible behind the drivers door trim panel.
