I'm using a Carlinkit 5.0 with my other cars for wireless CarPlay and it works great but I can't seem to get it to work with my 2020 NX300. Wired CarPlay works fine.

When I plug in thr Carlinkit, my phone connects but then CarPlay doesn't start up. I've even tried taking a unit from one of my other cars where it works and plugging it into my NX and nothing happens.

With my other cars, a few seconds after the infotainment unit boots up, I get the Carlinkit connection screen and then CarPlay. With my NX, nothing happens. It's like it's not even seeing the unit. My iPhone can connect to it though.

I had Carlinkit 4.0 no issue booting up CP or AA. When you start up your car does the carlinkit light up? if not could be the cable or not getting enough power to the carlinkit.
if that the case you get an usb Y cable to get more power to your carlinkit.

I uses the 3.0 with no issues on my 2019 NX. I do have to update the unit from time to time whenever there is a noticeable delay in time to get connected to my phone.
