Default A/c and heat problems

Hi there I'm having problems. With my 2017 nx200t As soon as you start the car, AUTO light would come on but no lights on recirc/auto/fresh air button. And the fan would not run and no driver/passenger temp display either. Looked like the whole climate control system was in a shutdown mode. After 15 seconds or so, climate control would come on resetted to 75 degrees and would forget my previous settings when I stopped the car. It was very easily reproduceable every time after I shut down and locked the car. I was reading with other Lexus cars that changing out the cabin air filter without hitting the recric button could be a problem but my flap for that is opening and closing just fine.
The other problem I'm having is my front windshield defrost vents won't come on when I click the button. This is the real problem I'm having a issue right now since I live in Canada and I need the heat on my windshield to actually drive and see out of my windshield in the cold weather. Is there any advice or help you guys might suggest?

Additionally information, I've had something similar like this happen to me back in December and it just went away. I've also changed out my battery a couple of months ago along with my cabin and engine air filter. Everything was working fine for a couple of months until this has happened.

@bclexus tagging you because I've seen you have a lot of knowledge about this kind of stuff and possible servo problems. Hope you can help
