Default 2018 NX 300 Sport

Recently hit the 75k mile mark, took my vehicle in for service at Crown Lexus Ontario, Ca. Was advised to replace front and rear brakes, engine mount and transmission flush etc. I was also advised to replace SPARK PLUGS. Which I found a little odd considering the fact that the dealership replaced the SPARK PLUGS at the 30k mile mark. Does this sound right? I haven't noticed any misfiring from the vehicle and it has been running smooth as always. I was told because it's a 4 cylinder turbo engine that the spark plugs need to be replaced frequently. Just wanted to get your input on this and if anyone has had to replace the spark plugs twice before hitting the 75k mile mark?

Per the Lexus maintenance schedule booklet that came with your car, the spark plugs are replaced every 40k miles.

Per Lexus manual, if you do not do towing, your NX transmission fluid does not need to be replaced. Although, I do not believe in trans-fluid for life but, if at 75K miles you never replaced it in your NX, I would be careful replacing it now, as it may damage transmission.
