NX price paid/ Lease

@kenji
I changed my mind after looking at the grill and now I am looking at the sports version instead. 47822 is the standard MSRP with all the packages that Lexus decided that it's necessary to bundle with. (Qi charger???! wtf.. don't need or use), Just initial talk i was given around $42K. I think is very reasonable. Now the headache is selling my BMW.

I'm looking into making an offer on an F Sport 2 model. The dealer is advertising $1,000 off in incentive along with security deposit waiver. Is there any room to negotiate lower or will the dealer try to claim the price is already discounted with that incentive offer? MSRP is 53K and I'm looking to offer $49K including that incentive and asking to throw in snow tires. Am I being too aggressive? I'm in Canada btw.

Hey, just purchased a NX Fsport Series 2 and my MRSP was $53495, final price was $50795 with all discounts included. Bought mine in the Toronto area. Not many wanted to match this price but a few did. I picked the one close to my home. Just take your time and be patient and youll get a good deal.

Oh, and have you considered the RED interior? It looked amazing at the dealership...very sporty and reminds me of my dad's BMW. I convinced the wifey to go red...cant wait to pick it up.

I did look at the red and under the showroom lights it looks more burgundy than red which I prefer. However, I've been assured by the rep that it definitely has a red hue in natural daylight. I'm still undecided on that and will probably decide the last minute.

Hey all. Currently leasing a 2012 CT200H w/ 27k miles. 12k per year, $399 a month. Lease is up December 2016 and was curious what it would be to get into an NX.
Here's what they offered me here in North Texas:
2016 NX F-sport $42.5k msrp
10k miles per year, 4 years
MF .00180
$799 due and $600 for the monthly payment.
Non F-sport
$40k msrp
10k miles per year, 4 years
$2000 down, $576 per month.
Also told me my CT200h was only worth $15,500 now as opposed to the projected $19,000 which wasn't helping out much.
Looking for guidance. Any and all help appreciated!

You probably know this already but, the best lease deals are in Dec for the current model year. IIRC the Dec sales event had a 3yr /10k 2k down 45k MSRP for $399 a great deal IMHO. I would have gladly taken one if there was any left in late Dec, I bought a 16 instead. Next time I would shop in Nov before the sales event starts to check inventory before they disappear. Also trading in a car in early Jan vs late Dec cost me $1000 so timing counts.

First time Lexus owner here in NorCal.
Just picked up a leftover 2015 AWD F Sport for the wife. Atomic silver/black.
Sticker 45548. Paid 39950+TTL. 12.3% off sticker...actually think I could have haggled more, but they were easy to deal with and I thought the price was fair.

Yes, you are missing something. Residual value on a lease is what you can purchase the vehicle for at lease end if you choose to do so - it is not necessarily what the actual market value of the vehicle is at that time.
