I offered that for a 2015 NX300h with similar MSRP and was turned down. They came back at 48 and change (invoice price) in Western PA. I turned that down and went to MD (Lexus of Rockville)

MSRP: 47,164
PAID: 44.454
$2500 off MSRP

I spoke with several dealers in PA, OH and VA (Richmond) they would only come off about 1500 of MSRP.

I always seem to find the best deal in the DC area. 2nd car purchased there in less than 2 years

MRSP: $40904
Out the Door Price (with GAP Insurance included): $36391.44

I think I ended up with a pretty good deal! Thoughts?

That's a great deal! I'm actually considering this exact same configuration except in Nebula Gray with Flaxen Nuluxe so I'm looking for a deal like that too. I'm in Georgia where your car was transferred from.

Few questions: Do you know which dealer it came from? Was there a transfer fee? Was there any particular reason you were able to get $4,500 off MSRP? Please share!

So I actually didn't end up having them transfer a car from Georgia as they had just got the Silver one on the lot in NC and went with that instead of the Obsidian in Georgia. But, the one in Georgia was at Chatham Parkway Lexus in Savannah.

As far as the deal, I had a trade that they gave me payoff for so it was a wash and I put $675 down. I had been working with the dealer for over a month back and forth on numbers and they made it happen (also got the to switch the Yokos tires to the MIchelin Primacy MXM4s). I know they in NC they are doing 1.9 percent for 60 months for the NX.

Hope that helps!

I see. Which dealer did you get your actual NX from in NC?

Can you share how they arrived at a $36391.44 out the door price? Like, which discounts were used? You got ~$8,000 off out the door! The best I'm currently getting in Georgia for the same configuration is $39,900.

Looks like you might have the configurations confused, It was closer to $4500 off, which is still >10%. Terrific deal.

I meant that the otd price on MSRP is around 44,400 (that is, taxes and fees). ryannx200t paid $36391.44 otd, which is ~8,000 less.

Meanwhile, my latest best offer for the exact same configuration is $39,500 otd.

And I do mean exact same, except for colors:
2016 NX 200t FWD
Nebula Gray Pearl exterior and Flaxen interior
Premium Package (18 inch wheels, premium LED DRLs, etc)
Power Back Door
Park Assist
BSM with Rear Cross Traffic Alert
Preferred Accessory Package

I won't name the dealer specifically but will point out a few things:

Tax tag (transfered) title and doc fee totalled $1331.

I put $675 down and had $93 positive equity from my trade versus payoff (getting the loan under 37k).

They didn't list out specific discounts but when I first started they took 2700 off msrp then later in negotiation made that 3700 off so I would push for 8 to 10 percent off msrp as it is possible. I think the Lexus Command Sales event they have til March 31st helps as they were pushing sales of the NX.

Good luck and keep trying they should make it happen for you. Compare True car prices and let them know your bottom line deal to make it happen as I did and they came back a week later and said we have a deal.

Hope this helps!

Just bought NX300h -- Luxury, Comfort, Blind Spot, Rear Cross, Pre-Collision
Black interior, they did have some all weather credit at 1500, but MSRP 50,200, got it for 47,000, 1.9% for 60-months. (+sales and $600 dealer/license fees)

Would have preferred a lighter interior, but think it's a good deal. This was purchased in the NJ/NY area.

Congratulations! What year?

I had light interior in my previous RX and swore to never do that again. The lighter carpet got so dirty so quickly and the leather seats show too much wear and dirt. Unless you constantly keep up with the cleaning, it will get away from you very fast—making the cleaning process very difficult if not impossible.

I paid $500/month on my 2015 with Luxury, Nav, plus other options. I prepaid it in full for 3 years, 30000 miles. Things have changed and with 23 months and 21000 miles left, I m looking to transfer the lease if anyone know of some one who wants a great deal. The car is Matador Red.

Last Saturday, purchased the 2016 f-sport,ultra white, black Interior, with nav system, usual extras, including the Qi charger(I cannot use it with my apple 6plus..didn't want this, but can't take it out). They threw in the all weather mats, side moldings. It did not come with the illuminated door sills. I got a discount because this was shown at Pebble Beach golf tournament, and it had 177 miles on it. Out the door, tax license etc...46,500. This is in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Was a '16 -- hope the 300h can hold its cost. Seems like many people go for the 200.

Thanks for the reassurance about the darker interior.

So after a 3 week hunt spanning half a dozen dealers and three states I finally closed the deal:

2016 NX 200t FWD
Nebula Gray Pearl with Flaxen Nuluxe
Premium Package
Power Back Door
Park Assist
BSM with Rear Cross Traffic Alert
Preferred Accessory Package

MSRP: $40,800
Discount: $4,570 (11.2%)
Price: $36,280
---
Taxes and fees: $3,325
---
OTD price: $39,500
---
Financing: 1.9% after some attempted shenanigans by the Lexus finance rep. Was hoping to do even better with a near perfect credit score, but whatever.

I think we did great on the price. 11.2% is well above the 10% target mentioned in this thread, and it's almost 2% more than the highest discount reported nationally on TrueCar.
