Hi Everyone. I just got a lease offer from my local Lexus dealer and I would like to know your thoughts. 2017 NX 200t F Sport Nav, Parking assist, Heated seats/steering wheel. MSRP $44758, SP $38,744 then rolling in $1K from my trade plus all taxes and fees payment is $577 a month 36mo with 18K miles a year (I drive more than 15K a year) Residual is $24,607. 1st payment due at signing. I am new to considering a lease, my current Lexus IS 250 I purchased. Was considering a lease to get a lower payment and the option to get a new car in 3 years.
Also, any helpful info on how the money factor is calculated would be greatly appreciated!
hi everyone , I just brought a nx200t fwd base + premuim pkg + navigation pkg , MSRP $43k , sales price $37.8k , about $5.1k off, not as good as the people at the previous threads , is because there was a $1k incentive at March provided by lexus , but it's not available at April.
But if you lease the car , there is a $1.25k rebate for that.
The dealer is lexus of marin at bay area.
I just picked up my NX too. I got a 2017 F-Sport AWD with the red interior. MSRP was a shade over 48,000, but adding in the lease case + conquest cash, we got the car for 40,000 before tax/license. We got the deal at Lexus of Pleasanton.

Wow. 8K+ off.
That's amazing.
Wonder what new incentives are available for this month
There might have been better deals to be had somewhere, but as it's a 5 hour round-trip to the next closest Lexus dealer, I was happy with the price. In addition to the good price, they accepted my 2006 RX 400h as a trade-in well above KBB price.
First post on this forum after being just a "lurker" for a couple of years....thanks for all the help.
BTW, I am NOT ruining the nice looking front end of my F-Sport by attaching the required license there...
Just picked up my first Lexus two day ago. Its a 2016 200t F Sport trim FWD Lexus Certified dealer demo in silver lining metallic w/ the black interior. Fully loaded w/ 13.9k miles. Paid cash $36,300.00
I replaced a 2008 GMC Acadia that was bought new in 2007 and hated that car from pretty much day one. My wife and I wanted either a dealer demo or lease return vehicle and this car checked all of the boxes for the car we were looking for.
So far we are extremely happy with our purchase and look forward to long term Lexus ownership.

Hello Myst,
Great deal! I'm also talking to Lexus of Pleasanton about a '17 NX as well. Would you mind pm me your car specs and the salesperson contact info?
Thanks,
i am in the market for a nice 200t and was recently offered this deal. How do you guys feel about it? I am located in SoCal and the dealer is willing to pricematch if I can find a better deal.

Can you tell me what was the original selling price before the incentives? Also was the total incentives around $1500 ($1000 lease cash and $500 conquest cash)? Thanks.
