First Lexus
Leased on 3/29/18
Base NX 300 with heated seat and cargo
msrp: $37.8k (inc destination)
sell price: $32.8k
rebate: $1k
monthly: $324, with taxes: $354
due at signing: $1,500
36 months/10k
(dealer quoted 199 part 330 labor for body side molding; ordered oem from ebay for $133 and self installed in about 1.5 hours. Could have been an hour but I measured wrong and got confused for a while)
I We picked this over acura RDX deal I we almost signed:
base 2018 RDX
msrp: $36.9k (inc dest)
add on BSM ~300, cargo cover~150
monthly with taxes: $325
due at signing: $1,500
this is about $1500 lower than national advertised lease deal. No other dealers in the area would match (SF bay area)
Tested the acura first and wanted the horse power and V6. Tried the NX later and decided it was plenty power for me and better mileage. Both wife and I loved the interior luxurious feel on the NX more. Standard safety feature was the clincher.
One only regret is no standard powered lift gate

Whats up guys. New to the forum. Been shopping around dealers in California for 2018 NX300. About to pull the trigger on one for a lease. The best quote that I got from a local dealer is
2018 NX300 Premium Package + extras
MSRP: 45K
Sell Price: 39.5K
Down Payment: 4000
Conquest Cash: 750
15K miles/year
36 month lease
Monthly: $389 without taxes
Do you think this is a good deal or should I hold out for a better one?

Recent Posted good deals for your price range seems to be 5500-6000 off msrp so I would say its good.
People generally recommend lower downpayment and higher monthly so you dont lose all those equity in case of an accident.

Ours was a ~$46.5 MSRP with a sales price of right around $40.5.
10k/year
36 month lease
MF .0007 (or 1.68%)
Total due at signing $1,000.
Payment: $402/mo. (before tax), which settled at $440/mo. after tax.
