I estimate your deal to be a 10% discount from MSRP. Not bad but I would try to get them to shave another 3%+ off... car is going to be 1 year old very soon when the 2020's come out so a bit more of a punch to the depreciation when driven off the lot more so than if purchased a 2019 in q3/4 last year, so there's part of your negotiation... lastly make sure that the car has carplay or the dealer updates for free
MSRP: 41208
Discount: ~10%
Salesprice: ~37100
Title/tag/dealer fee: ~800
Tax: ~2300
OTD: 40200

Also, it may appear that in the Dallas area that there is a glut of 2019's with some substantial days in inventory on them. Check cargurus to see what your area looks like (if not in Dallas) to determine if they may be sitting on some stale inventory which would indicate you might be able to pack a bit more of a punch... also, TMC reported a decrease in sales of the NX yet again for YTD ending april so there's another reason they may be willing to unload... just some thoughts...

Managed to get a fully loaded 2019 f-sport with the extra wear and tear lease warranty for $430/month.
MSRP: 46800 + $875 warranty
Downpayment: $4k
= $430 monthly 36/10
Good deal?

It was a true down payment. I don't recall the sales price, I'm only asking for a friend. I know the MSRP was roughly $46,800 and $1,500 Lexus Cash + $750 New Grad was applied. MF was .08 i believe.

I assume MF to be .0008... Anyway, I believe it's a fair deal. Nothing great but shouldn't feel like the friend got robbed. I'm not a big proponent of putting money down on leases especially if it's not being used for msd's as it would be better off sitting in a money market account / for a rainy day but to each his own...

Does it make a difference in the end? You’ll have lower payments if you put money down. Whether you pay up front or pay higher payments you’re not getting the money back either way.

Lead Lap
MSDs or True Down Payment? The earlier you will get back if they were of the refundable nature to begin with, even if totaled (albeit with an insurance payout).

Or are you advising to not down pay due to the risk of totaling the car?
