Just got my NX F sport a week ago in SoCal. Got everything on it that I want except those LED headlamps. The only ones that seem to have them are the hybrids. Anyone thinks it's possible I can order them from the dealer and install them myself?

I'm in SoCal too. The only way I could easily find a NX with the L shaped LEDs was to option it with AWD. I considered both the F Sport and Hybrid but went with the Hybrid AWD.
Not sure about swapping them out though.
But regardless, your NX is awesome already.

The triple LED headlamps are an $1160 (US) option if selected as built from the factory. I was told by my dealer that if ordered as an after market part, the install would run around $3000 (US). These lights are the primary reason I'm having to wait until June for my delivery. :-/

They sucked me in too. You think you got it bad? I loved the looks of those lights so much that I couldn’t take my finger off of the “Build My Lexus” options button. Now I’m waiting on a 50k NX!

Yup. My build is right at $47k. fortunately my dealer gave me a great discount and with the sale of my IS I will be in good shape !

Thanks. Very happy with the car so far. A few aesthetic improvements i wish Lexus would have done on the car such as the black bumper which needs to match the car color and those ugly black plastic around the wheels. I'm sure they'll improve these in the next gen.

$3000 sounds about right. I was about to custom order too until the stealer called and made me a pretty good offer. That and my lack of patience made me pulled the trigger. Although the LED headlights are really only noticeable at night I feel the car is just not complete until I get this last missing piece.

I'm looking at either June or July.....just stopped by the dealer yesterday to check-in on my order status --- "in process". A bit vague, but confirmed it's NOT yet in the build phase.
I'll be trading in my '13 ES350, so I expect to be in pretty good shape myself!
