Halogen Headlight Color Temperature?
I've replaced both the vanity and cargo lights with LEDs thanks to this great forum. Now I'm moving on to the high-beams in the standard (non-triple beam) headlights.
Does anyone know the color temperature of the standard LED low beams? Or, have you already replaced your halogen high beam with a whiter bulb? If so, what bulb and can you post pics?
Thanks!

Even the standard edition, your low beam is an LED, which means you are somewhere near a 6000k HID in appearance.
Honestly, you'll never quite find a bulb that will work to match that. Also, as you go bluer, your useable light will decrease. So a double loss really... Personally, I would put a high end Sylvania bulb in with high intensity and maximize how well your high beams work. it won't match, but they will work incredibly.

Not only will the light output be lower, it'll also burn out faster.
I live in the city and rarely get to use my high beams. It's just that when I do, I find it disappointingly orange.
