They will squeak due to particulate in them when you first move. Then after braking a few times you will grind that down and have good contact (thus sound goes away).
Don't worry about it. You should see how noisy brakes get during the winter and salt gets between the pad and rotor.

Normal. Had it every car when left overnight and drive off. Same if it rained then dried or after washing my car. Various degrees of surface rust forms on the discs in these conditions. But to be honest, after the first or second braking, the squeal goes away, not 4 - 5 times. There could be something environmentally related that is more conducive to the longer squealing. At your next servicing, you can always mention it and they'd probably give your pads/rotors a good cleaning.
