Buying in Canada, importing into US?
I live in Buffalo near the Canadian border.
It looks like the NX is cheaper in Canada:
Base MSRP US: 37,205USD
Base MSRP CA: 41950CAD ---> 31989USD
So it looks quite a bit cheaper.
Has anyone on here bought a near car from Canada and brought into into the US?
Do you have to pay any Canada sales taxes? Would I have to pay NY state sales tax?
Any difference between Canadian and US versions of this car?
If/when I contact Canadian dealers, should I tell them I'm an American, or just start negotiating without mentioning it until I have a price?

I think this was discussed before in this forum.... not worth it in my opinion. You have to consider the cost to have it imported and registered here in the US. Plus your warranty may not be valid in a different country.

Adding salt to the wound... no AVS too.
But, we don't get Enform, nor ASC (Active Sound Control), nor the graphite F Sport wheels.
