Default NX seatbelt alarm

Does anyone know if there is any procedure like the IS to shut off the ding ding seatbelt sound?

The dealer can do it - these are "personalized settings, as seen below.

As an alternative, you can also do it with the Carista application: http://www.caristaapp.com

I could see an application for shutting off the chime, on the passenger side. There were odd times I carried 2x4x8 wood in the car resting on the top of the car seat, with the front seat reclined all the way back. The wood was heavy enough to trigger the seat belt alarm and engaging the seat belt was tricky due to the volume of the wood.

Used Carista to turn mine off. Plenty of times I just need to sit in the car with the engine running. Love having the option to turn it off.
