I am due to pick up my 16 NX this week or next. Has been ordered since late July, and am more than ready to have in my possession. Most past new autos I have bought (MB & Lexus) I have test driven the actual car before signing the deal. One or two I did not, but recently thinking about this, I believe it is the wise thing to do to rule out anything obviously wrong, even though it's a Lexus (under warranty and all that). So just for kicks would like to hear your thoughts regarding your purchases.

Sure, why not? Get up to highway speeds and see if the wheel shakes. Let go of the wheel (not at hwy speeds) and see if the car drifts to one side. Apply brakes slowly and look for drift. Listen for squeaks and rattles. Etc, etc...
