🕙 Nav Time Incorrect since DST ☀
So, when the clocks changed last month, I turned my NX analog clock back an hour.
Today, however, I just noticed that when navigating, the estimated arrival time shows the time as an hour ahead. I had to go into the settings to turn off Daylight Saving Time (DST). I assume that when March comes around, I'll have to manually change it back.
Why can't the NX sense the date (and other criteria) and change this automagically like other vehicles?

The DST has to be manually changed because the government sets the dates on when that change occurs.

Seconded. Interestingly (or not), navigation systems rely upon GPS signals and included in all GPS signals is date/time information (as that's the entire basis of GPS!). So this is really just laziness on the part of Lexus' (or whomever's) nav-system programmers.

Fair enough. I thought that was the reason but apparently it can be done. I'm not sure why Lexus wouldn't include that feature.
